Orders must reflect the name of the Canon authorized dealer per contract, the dealership's fax and a point of contact. This information maybe obtained from the State of Georgia website, Canon GMD Contract GTA000119.

 

 

Payment Address
Payments shall be made payable to Canon U.S.A., Inc. only and no other name shall appear for payment. All payments are to be mailed to:

If the payment does not agree with the exact amount of the invoice a notation or explanation of the difference should be made. If a copy of the invoice cannot accompany the payment, the remittance information should contain the invoice number, date, amount and an explanation if the payment is not exactly as shown on the invoice.

Important Note: The remittance address is different than the Purchase order address. To prevent any confusion, please note the remittance address in the body of the Purchase Order.

 

Delivery
Delivery for copiers shall be completed within one (1) to thirty (30) days after receipt of order by Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Canon's Arlington, Virginia office.

 

Installation
Canon's dealer will perform complete installation and verify operation of all equipment. Installation will be completed within sixteen (16) hours after delivery. Purchase and rental prices include normal installation charges. Any additional handling (special rigging) which may be required for installation will be at the agency's expense. The dealer shall provide quotes specifying rigging charges.

 

Warranty
All equipment purchased under this contract is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of installation.

 
Maintenance
Service calls will be responded to within 8 business hours or less, after notification of problem during the warranty or lease periods.
